.Set generator’s main circuit breaker ON.
.Apply full load to generator. Adjust MAS (B) to achieve target value. Clockwise rotation of MAS will cause air- fuel mixture to become more lean.
.Set generator’s main circuit breaker OFF (no load). Adjust ZPR (A) to achieve target value. Clockwise rotation of ZPR will cause mixture to become more rich. Make sure ZPR tower cap is reinstalled prior to final reading.
.Set generator’s main circuit breaker ON (resume full load). Reverify sensor value remains in target area. Adjust MAS (B) as necessary.
.Set generator’s main circuit breaker OFF (no load). Reverify sensor value remains in target area. Adjust ZPR (A) as necessary.
.Set the generator’s main circuit breaker OFF.
.Push and hold the MANUAL
.Remove O2 sensor from exhaust manifold and reinstall plug. Disconnect timing light from engine.
.Complete emissions statement and send with installation checklist.
