When you turn on the system, POST displays messages that provide information about the system. If a failure occurs, POST emits beep codes that indicate errors in hardware, software, or firmware. If POST can display a message on the video display screen, it causes the speaker to beep twice as the message appears.

Description
The memory refresh circuitry is faulty.
Parity error in the base memory (the first 64 KB block) of memory.

A memory failure in the first 64 KB of memory, or Timer 1 is not functioning.
The CPU generated an error.
Cannot switch to protected mode.
The CPU on the CPU Card generated an exception interrupt.
The system video adapter is either missing or its memory is faulty. This is not a fatal error.
The ROM checksum value does not match the value encoded in
AMIBIOS.
The shutdown register for CMOS RAM has failed.
The cache memory test failed. Cache memory is disabled. Do not press <Ctrl> <Alt> <Shift> <+> to enable cache memory.
