J.4.14 How Do I Enable or Disable the Automatic Refresh Data Action?
The automatic Refresh Data feature automatically refreshes all data being displayed by CTM. When automatic refresh is enabled, you receive the following prompt:
Refresh Data action suggested. This action will result in closing all windows and might take some time. Do you want to continue? {Yes No}
In an unstable environment where NEs are synchronizing or NEs change their operational state frequently, you might receive the preceding prompt continuously. To disable the prompt:
Step 1 In the Domain Explorer window, choose Edit > User Preferences. The User Preferences dialog box opens.
Step 2 Click the Miscellaneous tab.
Step 3 To disable the prompt, uncheck the Enable Refresh Data Timer check box. (To enable the prompt, leave the check box checked.)
Step 4 Click OK.
