J.8.6 CTM Does Not Collect Historical PM Data for the CRS-1
Step 1 Verify that PM collection is enabled for the CRS-1. To do this, go to the Network Element Properties > Status tab and in the PM Collection area, check the 15 Min check box. Click Save. Also, verify that the CRS-1 PM Service Status is Active in the Control Panel window.
Step 2 Enter the following commands to verify that the correct PM configuration is in the running configuration on the CRS-1:
