1When to start

You can start setting up your Hub at any time. But please bear in mind that your new broadband line may not be activated until midnight on your activation day. As you move through this set up we’ll explain how your Hub shows if your service is active, or whether you need to wait a little longer.

If you’re moving an existing broadband connection to BT, your existing connection will stop working. When this happens, you can start setting up your Hub.
