Remove paper jam in the document feed area

Open the operating panel and the top cover of the machine

On the left-hand side in the machine, you will find a blue lever. Pull this lever forwards and pull out the paper upwards.

Close the machine.

Remove paper jam before document tray

Open the operating panel and the top cover of the machine

On the left-hand side in the machine, you will find a blue lever. Pull this lever forwards, and pull the paper out of the front of the machine.

Close the machine.
