CROSS-TRAIN AEROBICS

Gedurende deze training geeft het BERICHTENCENTRUM prompts weer om verschillende spiergroepen te benadrukken. Om de spieren van het bovenlichaam te benadrukken, geeft het BERICHTENCENTRUM van tijd tot tijd prompts weer om u te concentreren op het duwen en trekken aan de bewegende armen. Om de nadruk te leggen op de spieren van het onderlichaam, geeft het BERICHTENCENTRUM prompts weer om de handen op de vaste handgreep te plaatsen, zodat de benen al het werk doen. Het programma geeft ook prompts voor verschillende snelheden.

CROSS-TRAIN AEROBICS is een training met constante weerstand. Voor een soortgelijke training met variabele weerstand kan de gebruiker echter iedere training behalve Vetverbranding, Cardio, Hartslag Heuvel, Hartslag Interval en Extreme Hartslag starten en vervolgens op AEROBICS MODUS drukken.
