Applications

The machine can be fitted with a variety of mobile units, baskets and inserts, depending on the cleaning application in question.

The diversity of these units and inserts is so great that it is not possible to illustrate them all or give detailed instructions on their use here. For example there are inserts for direct spraying or rinsing glassware which contain internal surfaces, tubes and pipes that need stringent cleaning.

Loading the machine

Removing excess soils

^Empty all containers before loading them into the machine.

,Ensure that no acid or solvent residues, especially hydrochloric acid or chlorides get into the wash cabinet.

Preparing the items for cleaning

Are the items to clean correctly sorted and connected?

Are the spray arms clean and can they rotate freely?

Is the filter combination free of coarse soiling?

Is the adapter to the water inlet in place?

Are the spray arms correctly connected?

Are the detergent and neutralizer containers full?
