BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE

Check if...

Load is too small.

Load is out of balance.

Then...

Add 1 or 2 similar items to help balance the load.

Pause the cycle and redistribute the load after the door unlocks.

The washer has an imbalance detection and correction system. If individual heavy articles are loaded (bath mat, bath robe, etc.) and the imbalance is too great, the washer will make several attempts to restart the spin cycle. Ifan imbalance is still detected, the washer wilt stop and the error code wilt be displayed.

Unplug the washer and wait 60 seconds. Reconnect power and try again. If the error reappears, call for service.

Water level is too high due to a faulty water valve.

Close the water taps, unplug the washer, and call for service.

Thermal overload protection circuit in the motor has been tripped.

Then...

Allow the washer to stand for 30 minutes to allow the motor to coot; then restart the cycle. If the LE error code persists, call for service.

Check if...

Then...

A power failure has occurred.

If the power to the washer has been interrupted during a cycle, the

 

"PF" error code wilt be displayed the next time the washer is turned

 

ON. This wilt alert you to the fact that the previous cycle may not

 

have been completed. Select any cycle to clear the error code and

 

use the washer.
