Remove nut from temperature gauges. Insert temperature gauges through the openings on front of lid, tighten nuts.

Slide divider plate into groove in center of grill body.

Step 17

Attach one handle stand using two M6 x 12mm bolts and two

M6 nuts. Next insert door handle into handle stand. Place the other handle stand over handle and attach by using two M6 x 12mm bolts and two M6 nuts. Repeat steps for the second handle.

Step 18

Thread bottom door pivots into the holes in at the bottom of both doors.

Step 19

Place bottom door pivot into the hole in cart base. Align the top of the door with the hole in the door bracket and insert top door pivot, tighten securely. Repeat for the other door.

Place cooking grills on lip of body. Slide charcoal ash tray into guides at bottom of grill body.

WARNING: DO NOT use grill without charcoal ash tray in place. DO NOT attempt to remove charcoal ash tray while tray contains hot coals.
