Step 11

Attach one handle stand using two M6 x 12mm bolts and two

M6 nuts. Next insert hood handle into handle stand. Place the other handle stand over handle and attach by using two M6 x 12mm bolts and two M6 nuts.

Step 12

Attach air vent dampers to the inside of lid. Place air vent dampers on the inside of the unit with the adjustment tab sticking through one of the air vent holes. Using one M6 X 12mm bolt and M6 nut, secure vent cover to the unit. Do not over tighten the nut as this will make the vent difficult to open and close. Repeat for other air vent damper.

Step 13

Attach one half of each hinge to the outside back of the body using

M6 x 28mm bolts. Thread bolts into nuts welded to the inside of the grill body but do not tighten. Attach the other half of each hinge to the outside back of the lid using two M6 x 28mm bolts. Thread bolts into nuts welded to the inside of the lid but do not tighten. Repeat for other hinge.

Step 14

Rest lid on the grill body and align hinges to insert hood pivot pins. Insert hitch pins into hood pivot pins. Tighten all hinge screws on lid and grill body until secure.

Step 15

Insert adjuster cranks through front of grill body and into crank brackets. Rotate clockwise until cranks engage charcoal grates.
