3.5 MODE MAINS-LIBRES

Vous pouvez avoir une conversation avec votre correspondant sans décrocher le combiné.

Pour activer ou désactiver le mode 'Mains-libres', appuyez sur la touche pendant l'appel.

Pour régler le volume, référez-vous au chapitre "Personnalisation "- réglage du volume du haut-parleur.

3.6 TRANSFERT INTERNE D'UN APPEL

Uniquement possible lorsque plus d'un combiné est enregistré dans la base!!

Lorsque vous voulez transférer un appel externe vers un autre combiné:

1.Au cours d'une conversation, vous appuyez sur la touche INT.

2.Sélectionnez le numéro du combiné interne pendant que l'appelant externe est en attente.

3.Lorsque l'autre combiné décroche, appuyez sur la touche pour raccrocher et transférer ainsi l'appel.

Si le correspondant interne ne décroche pas, appuyez sur la touche INT et reconnectez-vous avec l'appelant externe qui est en ligne.

3.7. APPEL DU TYPE CONFÉRENCE

Uniquement possible lorsque plus d'un combiné est enregistré dans la base!!

Vous pouvez tenir une conversation simultanée avec un correspondant interne et un correspondant externe.

Lorsque vous êtes en ligne avec un correspondant externe:

1.Appuyez sur la touche INT.

2.Introduisez le numéro du combiné interne que vous voulez appeler.

3.Lorsque le correspondant interne décroche, appuyez sur et maintenez la touche #.

4.Si le correspondant interne ne décroche pas, appuyez à nouveau sur la touche INT et reconnectez-vous avec l'appelant externe qui est en ligne.

3.8 AFFICHAGE DE LA DUREE DE L'APPEL

La durée de l'appel est affichée après 10 secondes, exprimée en minutes & secondes: "00-15”. Pendant la communication vous pouvez encore voir le numéro composé en appuyant sur la touche MENU pendant 2 secondes..

A la fin de chaque appel, la durée totale de l'appel est affichée pendant 5 secondes.

Vous pouvez activer (ON) ou désactiver (OFF) le timer (voir 4.10 Affichage de la duree de la communication ON/OFF)
