Guide de diagnostic

 

 

Mettez l’interrupteur en position « ARRÊT » et débranchez le cordon d’alimentation avant de

! AVERTISSEMENT

rechercher les causes d’une panne éventuelle.

 

 

 

 

PROBLÈME: LA SCIE NE DÉMARRE PAS

CAUSES POSSIBLES

1. Le cordon d’alimentation n’est pas branché.

 

2.

Fusible grillé ou disjoncteur déclenché.

 

3.

Cordon d’alimentation endommagé.

 

4.

Interrupteur grillé.

SOLUTION

1. Brancher le cordon.

 

2.

Remplacer le fusible ou réenclencher le disjoncteur.

 

3.

Faire remplacer le cordon par un Centre de service ou une Station service Bosch agréés.

 

4.

Faire remplacer l’interrupteur par un Centre de service ou une Station service Bosch agréés.

PROBLÈME:

LA LAME NE TOURNE PAS À UNE VITESSE SUFFISANTE CAUSES POSSIBLES

 

1.

Rallonge d’alimentation électrique de trop faible calibre ou trop longue.

 

2.

Tension insuffisante du système électrique domestique.

SOLUTION

1. Utiliser une rallonge adaptée.

 

2.

Prévenir la compagnie d’électricité.

 

PROBLÈME: VIBRATIONS EXCESSIVES

CAUSES POSSIBLES

1. Poignée de verrouillage du dispositif d’inclinaison de la lame insuffisamment serrée.

 

2.

Lame déséquilibrée.

 

3.

La scie n’est pas bien fixée à son support ou à l’établi.

 

4.

L’écrou de fixation de l’outil de coupe n’est pas assez serré.

SOLUTION

1. Voir le chapitre « Familiarisez-vous avec votre scie » (pages 44-45).

 

2.

Mettre la lame au rebut et en installer une autre.

 

3.

Resserrer tous les boulons de fixation; voir le chapitre « Installation de la scie » (page 51).

 

4.

Voir la section « Changement de la lame », au chapitre « Réglages » (page 49 et 50).

 

PROBLÈME: LA LAME SE COINCE OU PROVOQUE UN ÉCHAUFFEMENT EXCESSIF DE L’OUVRAGE,

 

OU LE MOTEUR SE BLOQUE, PENDANT UNE COUPE EN LONG

CAUSES POSSIBLES

1. Lame émoussée et voie des dents inadaptée.

 

2.

Planche gondolée.

 

3.

Le guide de refente n’est pas parallèle à la lame.

 

4.

Le séparateur n’est plus aligné.

SOLUTION

1. Affûter ou remplacer la lame.

 

2.

Vérifier si vous avez placé la planche côté concave (creux) VERS LE BAS, et faire avancer lentement

 

contre la lame.

 

3.

Voir la section « Alignement du guide de refente », au chapitre « Réglages » (page 54).

 

4. Voir la section « Montage du système Smart Guard « Assemblage » (page 47 - 49).

 

PROBLÈME: LA SCIE NE DONNE PAS LES RÉSULTATS ESCOMPTÉS

 

LORSQU’ELLE EST RÉGLÉE POUR UNE COUPE À 90° ET À 45°

CAUSES POSSIBLES

1. Les vis d’alignement sont mal réglées.

SOLUTION

1. Se reporte à la section « Réglage du parallélisme de la lame par rapport au guide de coupe angu

 

laire » (page 53).

 

PROBLÈME: LA POIGNÉE DE VERROUILLAGE DU DISPOSITIF D’INCLINAISON DE LA LAME OU LE

 

VOLANT DE RÉGLAGE DE HAUTEUR SONT DIFFICILES À MANOEUVRER

CAUSES POSSIBLES

1. La poignée de verrouillage n’était pas desserrée au moment du réglage de l’inclinaison.

 

2.

Il y a de la sciure sur le filetage de la vis de réglage de la profondeur.
