9.Examine the above DESTA_DIR.LOG file (search for SMTP) and the following SMTP log files:

The SYS$SPECIFIC:[TCPIP$SMTP]TCPIP$SMTP_LOGFILE.LOG generally logs activity once a job is placed on a queue for execution.

The SYS$SPECIFIC:[TCPIP$SMTP]TCPIP$SMTP_RECV_RUN.LOG generally logs activity of the TCPIP receiver.

10.If the problem is not evident from the log files, send the

desta_dir_debug_<nodename>.log file to HP Services to be examined by WEBES Support.
