Refrigerant piping work
Direction of the pipe when brazing
•Brazing the pipe should be done with the pipe headed downward or horizontally.
•Avoid brazing with the pipe headed upward.
Cutting or flaring the pipes
1Make sure that you prepared the required tools.
2If you want to shorten the pipe, cut it with a pipe cutter ensuring that the cut edge remains at 90° with the side of the pipe.

3To prevent a gas leak, remove all burrs at the cut edge of the pipe with a reamer.
4Carry out flaring work with a flaring tool as shown below.
