✤There are several cassette types, depending on:

-Colour system used

-Recording/playback time.

-Hi8/8mm (VP-L800/L850/L850D/L870: Hi8)

✤ Check to see if the battery pack is		TAPE
in place or AC adapter	1
		EJECT

is connected.

1. Press EJECT button.

-The compartment opens

automatically. - Insert the cassette with the

transparent window facing outward and the protection tab toward the top.

2. Press PUSH mark until the compartment clicks into place.

Note: When you have recorded a cassette that you wish to keep, you can protect it from being accidentally erased.

a.Recording Impossible (Protection): Push the red tab on the cassette to cover up the opening.

1.Drücken Sie die TAPE EJECT.

-Das Kassettenfach öffnet sich

	PUSH	automatisch.
	PUSH	- Legen Sie die Kassette mit dem

		ein. Die Löschschutz-Lasche muss
		nach oben zeigen.

2.Drücken Sie auf die Markierung PUSH am Kassettenfach, bis das Fach sich schließt.

Hinweis: Aufnahmen auf Kassette, die Sie aufbewahren möchten, können Sie wie folgt vor versehentlichem Löschen schützen.

a.Löschschutz der Kassette aktivieren:

Ziehen Sie die rote Lasche an der Kassetten-Schmalseite heraus, bis sie die Öffnung abdeckt.

b.Recording possible:

If you no longer wish to keep the recording on the cassette, move the red tab back so that it no longer covers the hole.

b.Löschschutz der Kassette aufheben:

Wenn Sie die Aufnahmen auf der Kassette wieder überspielen möchten, schieben Sie die rote Lasche zurück, bis die Öffnung wieder frei ist.
