Check the terminal at the electrode does it arc to the burner casting?

Yes

Carefully bend the terminal away from the casting. Restart troubleshooting.

Remove and re-insert electrode. If it still sparks to the side. Replace electrode.

Replace ignition cable. If problems persist call Space-Ray for assistance.
