Voorwaarden

1.Voor de geldigheid van deze garan- tie moet de originele en van een datum voorziene aankoopbon worden over- handigd, waarbij het serienummer en de dealerinformatie duidelijk zijn ver- meld. SouthWing behoudt zich het recht voor garantieverlening te wei- geren als deze aankoopbon niet over- legd kan worden.

2.Alle gerepareerde of vervangen pro- ducten vallen onder dezelfde garantie- voorwaarden, tot aan het verlopen van de oorspronkelijke garantieperiode of na

90dagen (de datum die het laatst valt).

3.De garantie dat het artikel gratis wordt gerepareerd of vervangen dekt geen defecten die te wijten zijn aan normale slijtage, verkeerd gebruik, ge- bruik dat tegen de normen uit de han- dleiding ingaat, ongelukken, wijziging of aanpassing, natuurkrachten of schade door contact met vloeistoffen.

4.Dit product mag uitsluitend worden gerepareerd door personeel dat door SouthWing is erkend. Deze garantie komt te vervallen indien anderen hebben geprobeerd het product te repareren.

5.SouthWing zal defecte producten vervangen of repareren. Indien repa- ratie onmogelijk blijkt, behoudt SouthWing zich het recht voor het defecte product te vervangen door een ander product van vergelijkbare waarde.

6.SouthWing biedt geen verdere uit- drukkelijke garantiefaciliteiten, schrift- elijk noch mondeling. Voor zover be- paald door de lokale wetgeving, is elke impliciete garantie van verkoopbaar- heid, bevredigende kwaliteit, of ge- schiktheid voor bepaalde doeleinden beperkt tot de hierboven beschreven garantieduur.

7.Voor zover bepaald door de lokale

wetgeving, is SouthWing niet aans- prakelijk voor enige incidentele of ver- volgschade van welke aard dan ook, inclusief doch niet beperkt tot win- stverlies of commerciële schade.

Sommige landen of staten staan de uit- sluiting of beperking van incidentele of vervolgschade, of de beperking van de duur van de geïmpliceerde garanties niet toe. Dit kan inhouden dat boven- staande beperkingen of uitsluitingen niet op u van toepassing zijn.

Deze garantie is niet van invloed op het wettelijke recht van de consument indien de van toepassing zijnde lokale wetgeving van kracht is, noch op de consumentenrechten t.o.v. de dealer die voortkomen uit hun verkoop/koop- contract.

9. OVEREENKOMSTIGHEIDSVERKLARING

Hierbij verklaart SouthWing S.L., dat het toestel Bluetooth Headset in overe- enstemming is met de essentiële eisen en de andere relevante bepalingen van richtlijn 1999/5/EG
