•Overheated fats and oils can quickly start to burn! Under no circumstances should you try to extin- guish burning fats or oils with water!

To extinguish burning fats and oils…
1.Immediately remove the power plug from the wall socket.
2.Smother the flames by placing a lid, a dish, a bowl or a fire blanket over the Wok.
