Enabling Packet To enable packet tracing for the accounting server using EMS:

1From the Explorer tab, select the accounting server.

2From the Properties tab, select the BES Common Configuration tab.

3Double-click the PacketTracing field and select enable from the drop-down list.

4Click Save all.
