Specifying language settings (optional)
The administrator can specify which languages that staff will be able to select.
To select which languages will be available in the View Languages menu
1Enter the Administrator password to access the Admin Setup menus.
2From the Admin Setup menu, click Language Settings.
The Language Settings dialog box appears.
3In each of the four
Up to four languages can be displayed.
If you select one language, the Languages selection will not appear in the View menu.
4Click OK.
5The languages that you selected now appear in the View Language menu.
