HOW TO USE ON-LINE HELP

The software containsOn-LineHelpfor specific tool screens, functions, and error messages. When the icon ( ) appears in the upper right-hand corner of the display, On-Line Help is available.

To enter On-Line Help, press the key. For the screen above, the help message would look like this

Make sure the scan tool’s DLC is connected correctly to the vehicle’s DLC. Verify the pins are clean and fully seated in the DLC.

At least 8.0 volts (V) must be present between the power and ground pins to power the computer module(s) and communicate.
