HOW TO USE ON-LINE HELP

The software containsOn-LineHelpfor specific tool screens, functions, and error messages. When the icon ( ) appears in the upper right-hand corner of the display, On-Line Help is available.

To enter On-Line Help, press the key. For the screen above, the help message would look like this

❒ Make sure the scan tool’s DLC is connected correctly to the vehicle’s DLC. Verify the pins are clean and fully seated in the DLC.

❒ At least 8.0 volts (V) must be present between the power and ground pins to power the computer module(s) and communicate.
