Replacing the Video Card

Procedure

1Align the notch on the video card with the tab on the video-card connector.

2Insert the video card, at a 45-degree angle, into the video-card connector.

3Press the other end of the video card down and replace the screws that secure the video card to the system board.

1Replace the video-card heat sink. See "Replacing the Video-Card Heat Sink" on page 42.

2Replace the video-card fan. See "Replacing the Video-card Fan" on page 38.

3Replace the battery. See "Replacing the Battery" on page 17.
