When a lower quality Encoder Profile is used (Good Quality or lower), the Stream parameters default to using RTP as a Transport Protocol.

To set the aspect ratio to 16:9, you must set the profile to Custom and the Video to MPEG-2. The aspect ratio is not accepted when you select any other profile.
