A System With Seven Drive Modules
You can use the following RAID levels on an Xserve RAID system with seven drive modules:
mRAID 0
mRAID 1
mRAID 3
mRAID 5
mRAID 30
mRAID 50
Note: This list is representative but does not include all possible schemes.
RAID 0 Schemes
You can use RAID 0 several ways, depending on how you divide the drive modules across the RAID controllers. If all of the modules are on one RAID controller, all drives can be striped together.
