IP Installer

Click one of the radio buttons to select Enable, View Only, or Disable for the IP Installer utility. See IP Installer, page 208, for IP Installer details.
Note: 1. If you select View Only, you will be able to see the KVM Over the NETTM switch in the IP Installer’s Device List, but you will not be able to change the IP address.
2.For security, we strongly recommend that you set this to View Only or Disable after use.
SMTP Settings
To have the KVM Over the NETTM switch email reports from the SMTP server to you, do the following:
1.Enable the Enable report from the following SMTP server, and key in the IP address of your SMTP server.
2.If your server requires authentication, put a check in the My server requires authentication checkbox.
3.Key in the appropriate account information in the Account Name, Password, and From field.
Note: 1. Only one email address is allowed in the From field, and it cannot exceed 64 Bytes.
2.1 Byte = 1 English alphanumeric character.
4.Key in the email address (addresses) of where you want the report of the DHCP address and event reports sent to in the To field.
Note: If you are sending the report to more than one email address, separate the addresses with a semicolon. The total cannot exceed
256Bytes.
5.Select the report options you would like sent. Choices include: Report IP address, Report system reboot, Report user login and Report user logout.
