4. GUI Installation and Operation

GUI Operation

Click the Setup Tab on the MatrixPRO Control application. A sample tab is shown below:

The Setup Tab allows the user to select the method of MatrixPRO remote control, either

RS-232 or EtherNet. Please note:

•The IP address must be manually set.

•MatrixPRO does not automatically search for and find a dynamic IP address.

•The default address is 192.168.000.242.

•Clicking on the Front Panel Lockout check box disables the keyboard on the

MatrixPRO front panel. A check-mark appears in this box when Front Panel

Lockout is activated.

•Clicking the Vertical Switching check box causes the MatrixPRO to switch video

inputs and outputs during the vertical interval of the input reference signal. The

reference source is hard-set to Channel 1 input SYNC.
