2. Hardware Installation

Video Input/Output Connections

1) 16x Video Input Connectors

The video input section on the MatrixPRO rear panel provides 16 digital video

inputs. Each HD-SDI input accepts serial digital video signals up to 1.485Gb/s.

The SD-SDI version accepts serial digital video signals up to 540Mb/s.

Connection points for each type of video signal are illustrated above.

2) 16x Video Output Connectors

Sixteen independently buffered outputs are provided.

3) 8x Video Input Connectors

Eight independently buffered inputs are provided.

4) 8x Video Output Connectors

Eight independently buffered outputs are provided.
