Wake-On-USB 2.0 Keyboard/Mouse - J13 and J14

The Wake-On-USB 2.0 Keyboard/Mouse function allows you to use a USB keyboard or USB mouse to wake up a system that is in the S3 (STR - Suspend To RAM) state. Set J13 and J14 to Enabled only if you are using this function with a device that is connected to the USB 2.0 port. Make sure “Resume on PCI Event” (“IRQ/Event Activity Detect” field) in the Power Management Setup submenu of the BIOS is also set to Enabled.

Important:

•If you are using the Wake-On-USB Keyboard/Mouse

function for 2 USB ports, the 5VSB power source of your power supply must support ≥ 1.5A.

•If you are using the Wake-On-USB Keyboard/Mouse

function for 3 or more USB ports, the 5VSB power source of your power supply must support ≥ 2A.
