1.2.2 Setting Protocols

When the printer is shipped from the factory, all protocols except FTP’ are active by default. Normally you do not need to perform the operations described in this section when you connect a new printer to a network for the first time. If you need to change any of the default Protocol settings, follow the steps outlined in this section. This concludes the printer settings. Move on to 1.2.3 “Confirming Settings”.
