Troubleshooting

When the following error codes are displayed, be sure to turn the main power off and turn it on again. If the same error code is displayed after performing the operation described above, consult your Canon service representative. If the service personnel instructs you to set the Staple Shift on/ off, follow the procedure below to perform the setting.
