gaugeto the desired angleand tighten lock knob.
Turnthe powerswitch to theON position.
Positiontheworkpiece fiat on the table with the edge
flushagainstthe miter gauge. Let the blade build upto
full speedbefore feeding the workplace Intothe blade.
• Advancethe workplaceandthe miter gauge toward
theblade. Keep the workpieceflushagainst the miter
gauge.Push themiter gauge and workplacetoward
the blade.Stand slightlyto the sideof the wood as
itcontactsthe blade to reduos thechance of injury
shouldkickback occur.
