6Removing the Converter Board

Prerequisites

1Remove the back cover. See "Removing the Back Cover" on page 19.

Procedure

1Lift the securing tab on the display-backlight cable connector and then disconnect

the display-backlight cable from the convertor board.

2Disconnect the converter cable from the converter board.

3Remove the screws that secure the converter board to the computer base.

4Lift the converter board off the computer base.
