RETURN OF MATERIAL
13.1 GENERAL.
To expedite the repair and return of instruments, proper communication between the customer and the factory is important. Call
13.2 WARRANTY REPAIR.
The following is the procedure for returning instru- ments still under warranty:
1.Call Rosemount Analytical for authorization.
2.To verify warranty, supply the factory sales order number or the original purchase order number. In the case of individual parts or

13.1 NON-WARRANTY REPAIR.
The following is the procedure for returning for repair instruments that are no longer under warranty:
1.Call Rosemount Analytical for authorization.
2.Supply the purchase order number, and make sure to provide the name and telephone number of the individual to be contacted should additional information be needed.
3.Do Steps 3 and 4 of Section 13.2.
NOTE
Consult the factory for additional informa- tion regarding service or repair.
