User Information

Administrator can set Account, Description, password, Authority level and Status for a user in user information. Maximum 10 users can be set for using the speed dome. There are three different authority levels:

•Supervisor/Administrator –a supervisor/administrator has unrestricted access to the Setting menu and can determine the registration of all other users. However, administrator is not allowed to change supervisor’s account and password.

•User- a user can view the Live View page, system info, network, video, audio, and adjust user config settings. The user does not have access to the “user”, “event” and “system pages”.

•Guest- the lowest level of access, which only allows the user access to the Live View page.

Note: Please select Active in Status section to activate user account.
