D0 Power State	-HDD is accessing or idle
D1 Power State	-HDD is in standby mode
	-D1 is resumed by any access
D2 Power State	-HDD is in sleep mode

D3 Power State	-Same with D2

D0 Power State	-CD-ROM is accessing or idle (motor on)
D1 Power State	-CD-ROM is in standby mode
