For those who have purchased the optional Build-Up Peg and Retainer Kit, gantry angles other than 0 degrees may be used. For gantry angles of 90 or 270 degrees, place the 35300A Detector on its side so the label faces the head. Orient the connector away from the gantry. This placement is shown in Figure 2-5.

WARNING

Operating the 35300A Detector on edge without build-up pegs constitutes a tip-over hazard and could result in personal injury.
