Do not use the CR500 for reformatting a CD-RW disc on which you have make record- ing using another machine such as a PC. If you reformat such a disc using the CR500, data may not be completely erased. When you reformat a CD-RW disc using the "For- mat" menu item of the "DISK UTILITY" menu in the MENU mode, make sure that the disc has been recorded by the CR500.
