MENU mode screen

The following screen is the MENU list screen which appears when you enter the menu mode by pressing the [ENTER/YES] key while the recorder is stopped (see page 72).

This screen is the first level screen of the MENU mode and you can select a menu from 6 menus listed on this screen.

To select a menu, use the [MENU] dial to highlight the desired menu and press the [ENTER/YES] key. The display now shows the menu screen of the selected menu, as below.

SYS SETUP menu screen

On this menu screen, you can select a desired menu item from among those related to basic system setup (see page 73).

PLAY SETUP menu screen

On this menu screen, you can select a desired menu item from among those related to playback (see page 82).

DISK UTILITY menu screen

On this menu screen, you can select a desired menu item from among those related to disc management (see page 85).

FILE SEL screen

On this screen, you can select a desired file to be played back (see page 51).

You can access to this screen by pressing the [FILE SEL/SYS SETUP menu screenPLAY SETUP menu screen] key while the Home screen is shown.

DIRECTORY SEL screen

On this screen, you can select a desired directory (see page 67).

You can access to this screen by pressing the [FILE SEL/DISK UTILITY menu screenFILE SEL screen] key in the Shift mode while the Home screen is shown. This screen is available only for a BWF formatted disc. When a CD-DA formatted disc is loaded, you cannot bring up this screen.

PROGRAM SET screen

On this screen, you can set the play list for program playback (see page 58).

You can access to this screen by pressing the [PLAY MODE/ ] key in the Shift mode while the Home screen is shown.
