Using wireless Ethernet in Windows XP

Connecting to a wireless Ethernet network in Windows XP

To connect to an existing wireless Ethernet network:

1 Click Start, then click Control Panel. The Control Panel window opens. If your Control Panel is in Category View, click Network and Internet Connections. The Network and Internet Connections window opens.

2 Click/Double-click Network Connections. The Network Connections window opens.

3 Right-clickWireless Network Connection, then click View Available Wireless Networks. The Connect to Wireless Network dialog box opens.

4 Click the network you want to connect to, then click Connect.
