IF THE LAW OF A PARTICULAR JURISDICTION DOES NOT PERMIT HISENSE TO EXCLUDE WARRANTIES AS CONTAINED HEREIN, THEN HISENSE SHALL BE READ TO PERMIT HISENSE TO LIMIT AND EXCLUDE ANY SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT AS PERMITTED BY THE LAW.
