Encorder wire cut
ü Wire break and/or loose connection of the encoder signal.
ü Encoder failure or used the encoder which is not line driver
output.
ü Used encoder without Z phase signal.
ü Check the wiring.

Over speed Detect when the motor rotation exceeds
(Maximum frequency) × (over speed detection level (P026))
ü Tune Kp and J parameters which are
related to ASR to reduce the speed
overshoot.
Positioning error Detects when the deviation between actual position and position
command exceeds 1,000,000 pulses.
ü Increase position loop gain of APR.
