1Using previous procedures, remove the following assemblies:
•Top and bottom covers
•Power supply
•Microprocessor board
•All optional modules and filler panels
2Set the frame so that the bottom of the frame is facing up. This is to gain access to the fan power cable and the
3Disconnect the fan power cable and the
4Remove the six mother board mounting screws, then lift the mother board out of the mainframe.
5Reverse this procedure to install the replacement mother board.

•Expansion interface board
•All optional modules and filler panels
2Set the frame so that the bottom of the frame is facing up. This is to gain access to the fan power cable and the
3Disconnect the fan power cable from the mother board.
4Remove the six mother board mounting screws, then lift the mother board out of the expansion frame.
5Reverse this procedure to install the replacement mother board.
