Removing the print cartridge from the print cartridge protector

Press down and back on the top of the protector to release the print cartridge. Slide the print cartridge out of the protector.

Caution Do not drop the print cartridge. Dropping the print cartridge can damage it.

Printer Toolbox

The printer Toolbox contains a number of useful tools to enhance the performance of the printer.

Use the printer Toolbox to perform the following tasks:

●Set the auto-on and auto-off function.

●Align the print cartridges.

●Calibrate color.

●Calibrate print quality.

●Clean the print cartridges.

●Print a test page.

●View estimated ink levels.

Using the Toolbox

Follow these instructions to use the printer Toolbox:

1Open the Printer Properties dialog box.

2Click the Services tab, and then click the Service this device button.

Printing a test page

Follow these instructions to print a test page:

1Open the printer Toolbox.

2Click the Print a Test Page button, and then follow the onscreen instructions.
