Chapter 12

To clear the fax log from memory

1.Press Setup.

2.Press to highlight Tools, and then press OK. The Tools menu appears.

3.Press to highlight Clear Fax Log, and then press OK.

The fax log and any faxes that might have been stored in memory are deleted.

NOTE: Clearing the fax log will not clear the caller ID history. To delete caller ID history, clear the fax log, then turn off the HP All-in-One, and then turn it back on.

Print other reports

You can manually generate reports about the HP All-in-One, such as the status of the last fax you sent or a list of programmed speed dial entries.

To print reports from the control panel

1.Press Setup.

2.Press to highlight Print Report, and then press OK. The Print Report menu appears.

3.Press to select one of the following, and then press OK.

Fax Confirmation

Fax Error Report

Image on Fax Send Report

Last Transaction

Fax Log

Speed Dial List

Caller ID Report

Lets you set up fax confirmation reports to print automatically.

TIP: If you choose On Fax Send or Send & Receive, and scan your fax to send from memory, you can include an image of the first page of the fax on the Fax Sent Confirmation report. Press to highlight Image on Fax Send Report. Select On from the Image on Fax Send Report menu.

Prints details of the last fax transaction.

Prints summary of last fax transaction.

Prints a list of programmed speed dial entries. You can also print this report by selecting Print Speed Dial List from the Speed Dial Setup menu.

If you subscribe to a caller ID service through your phone provider, this report prints a list of approximately the last 30 fax calls you received. The report shows the phone number, date and time, and, depending on
