1At the control panel, press SETUP (ALT+F4). Then press USERS (F1).

2If an administrator password is required, the HP Digital Sender 8100C Administrator’s Password dialog box appears. Type the password and press OK (F1).

3Select a name in the list of users by using the arrow keys or type the profile name in the Users field and press MODIFY (F3).

4Modify the name, e-mail address, password, and password confirmation, pressing ENTER after each field.

5Press OPTIONS (F2) and select YES (F1) or NO (F4) for each option in the user profile.

6Press OK (F1).

3Highlight a name in the list of users or type the profile name in the Users field and press DELETE (F3).

4Press OK (F1) to delete the user profile. Press CANCEL (F4) to return to the Users screen without deleting the profile.

CAUTION Deleting a user profile also deletes that user’s address book.
