The 90- day period begins with the first support call, and it must be within the one-year hardware warranty period. However, your standard long-distance phone charges still apply. Have your product nearby and your serial number ready when calling.

After your free telephone-support period has expired, fee-based telephone assistance is available to answer your product questions. Call (1) (900) 555-1500 ($2.50*per minute, U.S. only) orcall 1-800-999-1148 ($25* per call, Visa or MasterCard, U.S. and Canad a) Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm (Mountain Time).
