NOTE The resolution portion of all the Image Quality settings except for the VGA setting is represented by a number and MP (Megapixels), such as 4MP or 2MP. The higher the number of Megapixels, the higher the resolution. In the case of the VGA setting, the image will be 640 by 480 pixels (0.25 MP), which is the lowest resolution.

The compression portion of the Image Quality settings is represented by the stars. The more stars, the less compression of the image, and the higher the quality. Conversely, the less number of stars, the higher compression of the image, and the lower the quality.
