Getting to Know iPAQ Mobile Media

❏Path: the complete path to the location of your digital media folders on your personal computer.

Note: You can adjust the categories in Details View. Place your mouse over the category names and when the curser changes to a double-sided arrow, drag left or right to change the column width. You can double-click on any of the column titles to change the sort order of the display.

The Media Collection Menu

You have four options on the NevoMedia Server Media Collection menu:

■Run Media Collection Wizard—select this option to start the Media Collection Wizard, which steps you through the process of adding digital media to the media server database.

■Quick Add—select this option if you want NevoMedia Server to search for digital media in folders that you designate (in addition to the My Music, My Pictures, and My Videos folders) without using the wizard.

■Scan—choose this option to scan a selected folder for digital media.

■Remove—choose this option to remove a selected folder from the NevoMedia Server database.

The Tools Menu

You have five options on the NevoMedia Server Tools menu:

■Disable NevoMedia Server—check this option to disable NevoMedia Server.

Note: If you disable NevoMedia Server, the Media Control, Media Stream, and Media Copy modes will also be disabled (displayed with grayed-out icons) on your HP iPAQ.
