Updating the List of Media

NevoMedia Server automatically updates its database any time you add or delete digital media in folders you've added to the database. You can also manually scan folders to search for new media.

Note: You must first add the folder you want to scan to the NevoMedia Server database.

1.From either List View or Details View, select a folder. Or, to select multiple folders, press and hold the Ctrl key as you make your selection.

2.Click Media Collection > Scan.Viewing the Details of Media Stored in the Server

If you want to view the details of your digital media that are stored in NevoMedia Server, switch to Details View. There are two ways to view these details:

■By clicking, you can switch between the two views.

■Click View > Details. (If you want to switch back to List View, click View > List.)

Note: In either List View or Details View, if you double-click on a folder, a File Explorer window opens and you can review the contents of the folder.

Removing Individual Media Folders

Remove individual folders using the icons or the drop-down menu options. To remove folders:
